Q- Why can't I buy all of the products you have listed on your site?

 

A- Although we  would love to sell everything we recommend unfortunately not all products are sold through a third party distributor. The good news is, we will always give tips on where the best deal is online to purchase when available.

A- What is you return policy on products?

 

Q- We will accepts returns on unopened, unused products in its original packaging. Return shipping not included.

 

A- What is your refund policy for permanent cosmetic/permanent makeup procedures?

 

Q- Since permanent cosmetic procedures depend on the pre and post care in order to ensure the best quality results, we will not provide any credit or return of funds for any service performed. However, we will work with you to achieve your desired results. We have a strict no refund policy on any promotional or discounted service. Thank you for understanding.

Q- Are touch-ups included for Groupon or Living Social promotions?

 

A- In the last few years, we have been afforded the opportunity to offer our services to Groupon and Living Social clients. We enjoy being able to provide reduced pricing to those that would like to see what permanent cosmetics is all about! We understand that typically, those utilizing these services may not be familiar with the potential need for the touch-ups necessary that go along with permanent cosmetics.

Groupon and Living Social clients should note that the initial permanent cosmetic procedure is part of the deal, but touch-ups are not. This is important to note, because with nearly every permanent cosmetic procedure you will most likely need an additional touch-up. Touch-ups are $100.
